Darbar this place is located in the same building of tuscana or old Bombay kulfi house, The thing which attracted me towards this place is the ambience been a hardcore Non-veg lover still i feel happy to visit this place for its ambience, darbar is a Persian word meaning royal this is how they got the name. Surely they deserve the name for their ambiance, they even had a dinning room with royal setups with Maharaja photos and red and gold carpet seats with red lighting setups.

We can either choose the royal dinning or normal dinning with comfortable sofa with dim blue lighting, i went for the normal dinning since they had a projector telecasting the match, such a lovely feeling to watch your favorite game with your favorite food.

Coming to the taste of the food which i had here !!

Drink:

We started with amm(mango) cold juice, they made the juice from unripe mango its kind of tangy. this is how the juice are meant to be had a unique taste. just loved it. its surely a nectarous drink.

Then they served darbar special mocktail, its kind of drinking a orange juice with soda surely an artificial flavor, flavor was too sharp and strong not able to drink it.

Starters:

Panner tikka:

The moment they kept the paneer tikka it was so appetizing, They present it very neatly and it was appealing, clicked some beautiful shots and directly went to taste it.

The moment i had my first bite i could feel the paneer was so soft and fluffy, but the taste was average the masala was too good in outside but panner felt plain inside.i felt if they would have been marinated it for long time  it would good.

Chilly paneer:

I just loved the way they presented it, its was tangy as well as spicy, quite better than paneer tikka, it was so luscious had a mouth watering experience, Still i felt its would have been good if they reduce little tanginess.

Garlic Bread:

One the best garlic bread i have ever tasted, Wow loved it 😀 its was so soft and cheesy even requested them for one more plate, just loved it.

Masala Fries:

Masala fries which this guy deliver is totally unique, i never had this kind of fries before. Fries which we have outside usually they are fried up and seasoned with flavours but in twist they marinated the fries with masala and fried it. i personally liked it you guys have to try it for sure.

Stuffed paneer kulcha:

To be Honest they are well good in making the stuffed kulcha for sure, they stuffed it with paneer and cheesy made it the pack of joy, i would have the kulcha without having any gravy for sure.

its was so soft and delicious as well, surely its a scrumptious Kulcha !!

Paneer butter masala:

Gravy was too good still i felt paneer was plain and lacked in taste.

Veg dumpling gravy & fried rice:

Nothing much to express its was kind of ok, dumpling was made with bread again gravy was bit tangy and coming to the fried rice its ok, kind of normal.

“one and only things which i loved in this place is they make food without ajinomoto all you have a feel is having the home food”

Finally Desserts:

“Stressed spelled backward is desserts”

One of the best dessert you can grab here is “tooty fruity icecream”, they surprised me totally with nuts, fruits and browniesssss. best combination i ever had, ice cream was totally divined, vanilla ice cream just dulcified the nuts and fruits made it as a perfect treat.
